to commonly asked questions about our services and website. For

Are
there any restrictions on who can advertise with you?
Almost any site
can buy our traffic, but we do have some conditions: We will not
advertise adult or illegal websites. We will also not send traffic to a
website with background music or auto-playing sounds, or one that
generates popups or resizes the browser window. If your website opens
popup windows, contains background music, software installers or other
prompts, you may send visitors to a separate landing page within your
site instead of the homepage which does not contain these elements.
Why
won't you advertise webpages with popups or sound?
These are not
technical restrictions but guidelines we have imposed to maintain the
high quality of traffic for you, our advertisers. Our publisher
network
consists of high quality topical websites receiving millions of
visitors every week, and these websites are paid to send some of their
traffic to advertisers like you through full-screen popunders. However,
if these visitors are constantly sent to pages that spawn endless
popups, start playing sound unexpectedly, or take control of the
computer with prompts and software installers, these visitors are less
likely to return to our network sites in the future. Our guidelines
ensure these websites continue to receive visitors interested in their
content and related advertiser websites.
Can I
buy more than one campaign to get more visitors at once?
While you can
certainly order more than one campaign for the same website, it's not
advised as we can no longer guarantee you unique visitors. We only keep
track of what visitors to our network have seen what campaign before,
so the same visitor may see your site multiple times per day if you
have multiple campaigns.
Why
doesn't my counter match your statistics?
We count a visit
to your website only at the time the visitor is sent to the site; a
browser window has been opened with your URL. There are several reasons
a visit may not register with your counter:
- The visitor cancelled the page load by clicking a
link before it was finished loading, or closing the window, before your
counter was loaded
- The visitor is on a slow connection and the request
times out
- The visitor is behind a proxy (ex. AOL, MSN)
- The visitor's browser served the page from its cache
or an ISP's cache instead of your server
- The visitor is using privacy software which blocks
counters and trackers
- Your tracking software was unavailable at the time of
the request, or can't handle concurrent connections
For the most
accurate statistics, you shouldn't rely on a 3rd party counter. Your
web server access logs are a good source of accurate hit counts. Most
web hosts provide a log analyzer such
as Awstats, Webalizer or Urchin.
These are usually run once a day on the previous day's log files so are
24 hours behind our real-time counts.
Why is
my campaign "pending"?
Whenever you place
a new order with us or change the destination URL of your campaign, it
is automatically put into pending status. Your campaign will become
active and receive visitors once an editor has reviewed the site to
ensure it meets our quality guidelines. If your campaign is pending for
several days please contact us at gettrafficnow@nz11.com.
Can I
resell your traffic?
While we do not
currently have an official reseller program available, you are free to
resell our services as your own. You will be responsible for providing
your own sales and support. oftware installers or other
prompts, you may send visitors to a separate landing page within your
site instead of the homepage which does not contain these elements.
